On March 17-19, 2025, NAZDAQ participated in the M3 user group conference (M3UGA) held at the beautiful Marriot in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Bader Mansour, president and founder of NAZDAQ participated in this event, together with 140 delegates representing companies that use Infor M3 as their ERP system, together with companies providing services to this vibrant market.

The conference offered a comprehensive lineup of sessions addressing innovation, integration, and optimization across the Infor M3 ecosystem. Key themes included leveraging AI, RPA, and low-code platforms to boost efficiency, extending M3 with custom mobile applications, and improving supply chain flexibility in volatile environments. Attendees explored best practices in areas like accounts payable automation, inventory management, cloud upgrades, and output/document management. Practical case studies, hands-on trials, and live demos showcased different tools. The event also emphasized compliance, tax automation, ERP personalization, and data migration strategies from on-premises to Infor CloudSuite, fostering collaboration and insight-sharing among M3 users and partners. The conference also included a session by Infor presenting their roadmap for the Infor M3 product.
The final session was arguably the most interesting. Throughout the conference, organizers invited users to write on a white board the key challenges they face in their use of M3. In the closing session, led by the dynamic M3UGA President Steve Bartlett, these issues were brought forward for group discussion and various members offered valuable insights and practical suggestions. Several users highlighted reporting from M3 and Infor CloudSuite M3 as a particularly persistent challenge.
NAZDAQ has been providing reporting, data and output solutions for Infor LN customers for more than 25 years and is now active in the Infor M3 market as well.
