Towards the end of the 1990s, when the Y2K concern was approaching and companies were upgrading their ERP systems, NAZDAQ was established in the city of Nazareth to fill a need for providing freedom in the preparation and presentation of ERP data.
After working as IT manager, software architect and consultant with ERP systems in Israel and Silicon Valley, Bader Mansour returned to his hometown of Nazareth in 1997 and founded NAZDAQ in the basement of his parent’s house. He identified the need for tools that would automatically convert canned reports from the ERP system to office applications like Excel and Word for increased productivity and efficiency. His vision was to assist companies obtain increased value by providing them with simple and elegant off-the-shelf add-ons for their ERP system to boost productivity and efficiency instead of paying and maintaining expensive ERP customizations or full-blown additional software they do not need.
For the next 15 years, NAZDAQ would develop solutions that streamline and optimize output processes, such as enterprise-level E-mailing, faxing, archiving, and printing, automating the process of delivering documents such as purchase orders and invoices and allowing an easy way to convert reports to Excel, Word, PDF, HTML and more. It will later cover areas of document management, query, and reporting.
Since these tools were launched in 2000, they have been very popular with Baan and Infor LN systems and were used by some Fortune 500 companies in addition to many medium-sized companies in 50 countries.
Based on NAZDAQ’s years of insight and knowledge working with enterprise customers, and as requirements were changing, NAZDAQ continued to invest in developing its products under one unified platform instead of individual add-ons. The new platform, B2Win Suite, was launched in 2016. This new on premises/cloud based platform would not only enable enterprises to drive innovation and achieve business goals, but would also become a major component in the IT architecture and contribute to reducing the total cost of ownership (TCO).
The first application released was B2Output (previously “B2Transform, B2Design, B2Distribute”) which specialized in converting ERP documents and reports into multiple formats with advanced design, personalization and batch distribution, using an intuitive and easy-to-use interface. Many companies used and still use B2Output to simplify streamline and optimize their business communication with their internal and external stakeholders.
In 2023, NAZDAQ released B2Data, the second application for B2Win Suite. B2Data is a flexible and extensible no-code/low-code workflow-based data integration application with advanced data processing and data delivery it allows companies to fetch data from multiple data sources, prepare, cleanse, and transform it to create insightful data presentation using the strength of Excel, or feed BI systems or other systems for further use.
Today, more than 25 years since it was established, NAZDAQ is still offering solutions based on its own platform to help companies integrate their data and build solutions for reporting, visualization, analytics, BI, and output management.
